What areas do you cover?

We cover Greater London, Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent & Surrey

Do you do self-drive hire?

Unfortunately we do not. We only provide a chauffeur-driven service.

What does ‘Hire Start Time’ and ‘Hire End Time’ mean?

‘Hire Start Time’ is the time the vehicle will be at your chosen location to collect passengers. ‘Hire End Time’ is the time your booking is due to finish. Please allow enough time for the journey to the final destination taking in to account type of vehicle, time of day, traffic etc.

Can we view the car(s) before booking?

Yes, certainly. We can arrange a mutually convenient day and time for a viewing.

What is your minimum hire?

Minimum hire is ‘One-Way Hire’ which includes 1 hour.

Do you offer any discounts?

We offer discounts when you book 2 or more vehicles.

How far in advance can I book?

As far in advance as you wish. We recommend booking early to ensure availability.

How long is my quote valid for?

7 days

Does my quote guarantee availability?

Unfortunately we cannot reserve the vehicle until we receive a deposit.

What is the deposit required to book?

A minimum of £100.00 per vehicle or 25% of the hire cost.

What are your payment methods?

-Bank transfer

-Cash

Can I pay by credit or debit card?

Unfortunately we cannot accept any card payments at present.

When is the balance due?

28 days before the date of hire.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a no refund cancellation policy; any payments made will be forfeited by the customer should you decide to cancel your booking.

Can I make changes after booking?

Yes, you can make changes within reason without incurring additional costs.

What if we’re running late on the day?

We allow a grace period of 15 minutes after which there are overtime charges payable. In rare cases where we have another booking later that day in the same vehicle, we may terminate the hire if the delay exceeds 60 mins if this will impact us attending the next booking on time.

What if the driver is late?

We pride ourself on our reliability however in the unlikely event your chauffeur is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (ie traffic incident, road closure etc) we will keep you updated.

How are your chauffeurs dressed?

Suit and tie, Well groomed.

Do you provide ribbons for the vehicles?

Ribbons can be provided. Please specify ribbons at the time of booking.

Do you provide any drinks or champagne?

We provide bottled water for our passengers however due to UK licensing laws we cannot provide any alcoholic drinks.

Can you do transfers at night after the reception for the bride and groom?

Yes, we can arrange collection and drop-off after your event.

What if the car breaks down on the day?

Our vehicles are well maintained and serviced regularly, however in the unlikely event your vehicle breaks down on the day we will do our utmost to replace the vehicle with a like-for-like or alternative transport. If we are unable to arrange alternative transport we will offer a full refund with a goodwill payment of £100.00

Are the vintage/ classic cars suitable for long distance journeys?

We do not recommend journeys of more than 60 mins in the older vintage/ classic models due to risk of overheating.

Do you allow the use of smokes grenades in your vehicles?

We strictly do not allow the use of smoke grenades/ flares in or within 5 meters of our vehicles. This is due to risk of damage to the leather upholstery and paintwork of the vehicle.
